This is a common question that we hear when we enter retail establishments. Workers are trained to automatically ask this question when a customer enters the store. As Christians, this should also be our standard question. We should approach each day trying to determine how we can help others. 1 John 3:17 (NIV) asks, "if anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?"
